With over 10 years of experience in healthcare, my journey began after earning my medical degree from Spartan Health Sciences University and later my Masters in International Health from New York Medical College. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of clinical settings, including cardiovascular and maternal-fetal medicine research. These experiences taught me not just about medical science but about the power of effective communication with patients. I learned that providing education and making health concepts accessible can truly transform someone’s experience of wellness. My passion for teaching became clear when I started educating adult learners in academic settings, seeing firsthand how difficult it can be for people to juggle their health with work, family, and school responsibilities.
What sets me apart is my holistic and integrative approach. I speak three languages—French, Spanish, and Haitian-Creole—which allows me to connect with a diverse range of communities. My expertise in public speaking, writing for health magazines, and working in multicultural environments allows me to tailor solutions to the unique challenges each individual faces. I believe in helping women become their own health advocates, guiding them to navigate their personal wellness journey with confidence, clarity, and resilience. Whether it’s through one-on-one coaching or group sessions, I strive to provide practical knowledge that inspires lasting change and promotes sustainable well-being.
